Jesup, Ga. Randy Clay "Paper Man" Kiser, 48 of Jesup, Ga. died Sunday, June 2, 2013 at his residence. The Virginia native had lived in Wayne County for many years and was the newspaper carrier for Savannah Morning News and USA Today. He was a quiet and compassionate man who would help anyone that needed it. Survivors are a son, Matthieu Kiser of Valdosta, Ga.; a mother, Jauetta Ohnemus of Jesup, Ga.; 3 brothers; a sister, Melinda Ohnemus of Jesup, Ga.; several nieces and nephews.
