Jesup, Ga. Gladys Fulton Morris, 77 of Jesup, Ga. died Saturday, November 16, 2013 in Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, Ga. after an extended illness. The Appling County, Ga. native had lived most of her life in Wayne County and was a long time employee of Manhattan Shirt Company. She enjoyed her family and pets. She was predeceased by her son, Ronald Lee Fulton and a granddaughter, Kathy Ellen Fulton. Survivors are two daughters, Dianne Landon and Brenda Alton, both of Jesup, Ga.; a son, Ricky Fulton of Jesup, Ga.; a special daughter, Tara Starling of Jesup, Ga.; step-children, Dewayne Morris, Eugene, Morris, Terry Morris, and Teresa Johnson, all of Linesville, AL; two sisters, Lois Mize of Gordon, Ga., Elizabeth Mitchell of Macon, Ga.; a brother, Earl Stallings of Orange Park, Fla.; several grandchildren, a great grandchild and a great-great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 3 P.M. Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Rev. Parnell Aldridge officiating. Interment will be in the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Ricky Fulton, Tyler Hiers, Michael Hiers, Ray Hall, Melvin Keithley, Matthew Brown and Chris Starling. Visitation will be 2 to 3 P.M. prior to services at the funeral home.
