Jesup, Georgia Melinda Daniel, 42, of Jesup, GA, died Friday, July 4, 2014, of an apparent heart attack. The Wayne Co., GA, native was a 1989 Wayne County High School Graduate and a hairdresser with Great Clips Beauty Salon in St. Mary's, GA. She loved being with her family and going to the beach. She was predeceased by her father: Clifton Daniel, maternal grandparents: Paul and Juanita Scott, paternal grandparents: Duke and Elizabeth Daniel. Survivors are 2 daughters: Alyssa Manuel and Kensley Manuel of Jesup, GA, a son: Benjamin Chancey of Jesup, GA, her mother: Dale Daniel of St. Mary's, GA, sister and brother-in-law: Sharon and Jeff Zawislak of St. Mary's, GA, brother and sister-in-law: Scott and Tonya Daniel of Augusta, GA, several nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be 11 A. M. Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at the Sunset Oaks Memorial Gardens with Elder Larry Tillman officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 to 10:30 A. M. Tuesday from the funeral home prior to services at the cemetery. The Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup, GA, is in charge of the arrangements.
