Yvonne "Red" Holton Carson, 53, of Jesup, Ga. died Sunday, April 16, 2023. The Ft. Myers, Florida native had lived in Wayne County for the past 30 years and was a homemaker. She enjoyed traveling and being "Nana" to her grandchildren.

Survivors are her husband of 34 years, Joseph Carson of Jesup; a daughter, Ellie Mae Carson; a son, Joseph Ryan Carson both of Jesup; two brothers, Richard (Monica) Holton of Jesup; Thomas Carden of Ocean Springs, Mississippi; two grandchildren, Patrick Carson and Ryker Williams.

Memorial services are being held by her family.
