Ludowici, Ga.

Willene Eason Rozier, 85 of Ludowici died Sunday, July 16, 2017 at her home after an extended illness. The Long County native was a member of Compass Worship Center Church of God, a homemaker and beloved mother. She enjoyed fishing, watching hummingbirds and spending quality time with her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack Rozier and a granddaughter, Stephanie Chase.

Survivors are a daughter, Betty Chase of Marietta; two sons, Dale Rozier of Ludowici and Carl Rozier of Jesup; 4 grandchildren, Tracey Sawyer, Rebecca Watson, Carla Rozier and Ashley Rozier; 10 great grandchildren, Chase, Erin, Megan, Tanner, Aubrey, Noah, Oakley, Olivia, Kane, Lelia and Jack.

Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at Compass Worship Center Church of God in Ludowici with Rev. Jeptha Newberry, Rev. Tom Gardner, and Rev. Byron Powers officiating. Interment will be in the Middleton Memorial Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Ashley Rozier, Chase Sawyer, Wilford Rozier, Darwin "Possum" Kelly, Sam Miness and Buddy Carter.

Visitation will be 10 to 11 A.M. prior to services at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Georgia Hospice Care, 141 S. Macon Street, Jesup, Ga. 31545.
