Wesley E. Roberson, 79, of Jesup, Ga. died Wednesday, January 24, 2024. The Wayne County native was a pipefitter, a U.S. Navy Veteran and enjoyed any activity on the water.  He was predeceased by his parents, Earnest, "Spot and Inell Roberson; a son, Johnny Wesley Roberson; and a sister, Juanita Roberson.

Survivors are a daughter, Leslie Mallard of Riverview, Fl.; a sister, Sherbia (Gordon) Rozier of Darien, Ga.; brothers, Richard (Joyce) Roberson of Port Arthur, Tx, Billy (Barbara) Roberson of Jesup, Harold C. (Theresa) Roberson of Coldwater, Ms.; and several grandchildren.

Memorial services are being held by the family.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
