Vivian Crosby Brown, 77, of Jesup, Ga. died Wednesday, September 21, 2022. The Wayne County native attended Unity Church of God. She was a children's caretaker and was lovingly known as "Gernie". Her great grandchildren and great nieces and nephews were the apples of her eye.

Her husband, Jerry Brown, preceded her in death and 4 sisters; Dorothy Daniels, Frances Sapp, Barbara Brown and Nellie Krawow.

Survivors are a daughter, Tammy Allen and son, Todd Brown both of Jesup; two grandchildren, Patrick Brown, Joseph Allen; 4 great grandchildren, Jade, Gemma, Jaxson and Karsin; niece and caretaker, Buffy (Colorado) Pye of Jesup and her children, Kashley and Hagen Pye; a niece, Nicole Pham and her husband and children; a sister, Joann Dukes (George) Roberson of Odum; and several other relatives.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 26, 2022 at Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Rev. Calvin Anderson officiating.

Family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
