Thomas Alan "Tommy" Smith, 65, of Jesup, Ga. died Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The Wayne County native was a Christian and was a recent retired truck driver. He was an avid motorcycle rider, movie watcher, traveler and enjoyed watching his critters thrive. He was predeceased by his parents, Clyde James Smith and Golomae Johnson Sharples, a sister, Susan Jones.

Survivors are his wife of 43 years, Karen Dunn Smith of Jesup, Ga.; a daughter, Tiffany (Robert) Clark of Jesup; a son, Thomas Alan (Lisa) Smith, Jr. of Jesup; 6 grandchildren, Jaydee, Hayden, Robert, Lexi, Lilly, and Zoey; a sister, Illa Jean "Aaron" Westberry of Jesup, a brother, Clyde James "Jim" (Sabrina) Smith of Jesup; several nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at their home at 512 Ridge Road, Jesup, Ga. from 10:00-12:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 22, 2025.
