Thelma Manning Barrow, 66, of Jesup, Ga.  died Thursday, June 6, 2024. The Wayne County, Georgia native was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker.  Her family was her whole world especially her grandsons. Thelma loved on people and always gave an encouraging word even to strangers. Her husband, Henry Clifton Barrow, Jr. preceded her in death along with her parents, Dave Manning and Elsie Manning Dyal and brother, Louie Manning.

Survivors are her daughter, Rachel Barrow Wilder of Jesup; grandsons, Asa (Luella Melton) and Zephan Wilder, both of Jesup; 3 sisters, Pat Branham, Helen Lane and Carolyn (DeAubrey) Crummey, all of Jesup; two brothers, Johnny (Jackie) Manning and David (Phyllis) Manning, both of Jesup; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday, June 9, 2024 at Rinehart Chapel with Rev. Charles Drury and Rev. John Arnheiter officiating.  Interment will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Keith Manning, Brian Manning, David, Manning,Jr., James Manning, JaMark Smith and Clayton McKinnon.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
