Teddy Linwood "Lynn" Simpson, Jr. 57, of Jesup, Ga. died Wednesday April 9, 2025. The life long North Carolina native was a Christian and former truck driver. He enjoyed all nature had to offer including gardening, wildlife, and listening to birds. He was predeceased by his father, Teddy L. Simpson, Sr.

Survivors are two daughters, Rachel Simpson of North Carolina and Morgan (Rev. Alberto) Lopez who both work in ministry; his mother, Peggy Holliday Flores of Jesup; a sister, Angela (Jason) Rainwater of Baxley; two brothers, Derrick Wayne Simpson and Mark (Tressie) Simpson, both of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Elias and Sophie Lopez; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Sunset Oaks Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Stanley Todd officiating.

Family will receive friends at the cemetery.
