Susan Johnson Lovett, 78, of Jesup, Ga. died Thursday, June 6, 2024. The Pierce County native had lived in Wayne County for the past few years and was a member of First Baptist Church in Blackshear. She was a former secretary for several associations and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Survivors are her husband, Ray W. Lovett of Jesup; a daughter, Christy Lovett of Jesup and William (Roberta) Lovett of Offerman; grandson, Josh Crusan; and a sister, Julie McCranie.

Memorial services will be held by her family.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements .
