Susan "Sue" Edwards, 71, of Jesup, Ga. and formerly of Fernandina Beach, Fla. passed away on Monday, December 23, 2024.  The Germany native had lived in Florida most of her life and was a Christian.  Sue retired from her favorite job, billing specialist with the City of Fernandina.  Her love of the ocean and doting on her family were a few of her favorite things along with rescuing cats.  She also loved koala bears and sloths. Her kind heart was always willing to help others.

Survivors are her husband, Dan Edwards of Jesup; a son, Scott (Jennifer) Edwards of Jacksonville, Fla.; a grandson, Andrew Edwards.
