Ronnie C. Copeland, 69, of Odum, Ga. died Saturday, March 7, 2026. The Chatham County native had lived in Wayne County most of his life and was a former car salesman. He was an avid coon hunter and adored his coon dogs. His parents, Shannon and Virginia Copeland preceded him in death.

Survivors are companion, Pam Burke of Odum; 3 sons, Kevin (Erica) Copeland and Kyle (Ashley) Copeland, both of Odum, and Korey (Shaina) Copeland, of Savannah; half-siblings, Kenny (Rita) Copeland and Huey (Jennifer) Copeland, Shanda (Chester) Thompson; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held by the family.
