Richard Anthony "Rick" Dube, 63, of Screven, Ga. died Wednesday, June 8, 2022. The Massachusetts native had lived in Wayne County the past 12 years and was the owner of Southern Casework of Jesup. He enjoyed his passion for rescuing animals, especially German Sheppard dogs. Rick was a soccer coach, a father and a best friend to his children. He always lit up a room. His love for animals was passed down to his children who also foster and rescue. Smart, quick wit and loved by so many.

Survivors are his companion, Debbie Walker of Screven; daughter, Jackie Dube of Pinellas Park, Fla.; son, Tony Dube of North Grafton, Mass.; grandchildren, Nicholas and Nate Dube.

Family will receive friends from 11 AM to 12 noon on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at the Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home.
