Ray Doyle House, 59, of Jesup, died Saturday, May 27, 2023. The Glynn Co., GA, native had lived in Wayne County the past 33 years and has been a City of Jesup Commissioner for several terms, beginning in 1995. Ray attended Brewton Parker College, earned an associates degree, and pursued a career in his earlier life as a City of Brunswick Police Officer. He later married and moved to Jesup, where he was with the Wayne County Sheriffs Department, was a trained fireman, and held a working friendship with the Jesup Fire Department and many of the current and retired staff. His favorite past time was enjoying golf with his many friends. He is preceded in death by his wife, DeLisa House and his parents, Raymond and Betty House.

Survivors are a host of cousins, friends, and supporters.

Funeral services will be 11 am, Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at the Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Rev. Stanley Todd officiating. Interment will be in the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery. His many law enforcement and firefighting friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be an hour before services on Tuesday at the funeral home.
