Pam Poppell, 79, of Odum, Ga. passed away on Friday, February 7, 2025 under Georgia Hospice Care.  The Wayne County native was a Christian and a retired Odum Elementary School paraprofessional.  She loved to work puzzles, shop, garden and camp.  Her husband, Edwin "Nig" Poppell preceded her in death along with her daughter, Vanessa Poppell Firebaugh, granddaughter, Kendra Firebaugh and mother, Inez Morosky.

Survivors are her family, Jennifer, Kristin and Steve Tupper, Beth Roberts and her family, Tiffany Firebaugh (Corey) Johnson, Rita (Ken) Scott, Kirk (Becky) Morosky and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday, February 9, 2025 from Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to services at the cemetery.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
