Ondie Davis Phillips, 53, of Odum, Ga. passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Ondie was a 1987 Wayne County High School Graduate who was a star Lady Jacket with the Softball Team. After high school, she was hired at Brunswick Pulp and Paper and worked her way up to administrative assistant in the changing of names from Georgia Pacific to Plum Creek Timber Company and then presently, Weyerhaeuser. Ondie enjoyed being outdoors working in her yard and adored her dogs.

Survivors are a husband of 34 years, Mike Phillips of Odum; a son, Bradley (Mallorie) Phillips of Odum; a grandson, Brady and a granddaughter on the way, Ada Kate; her parents, David and Linda Davis of Odum; a brother, Adam (Heidi) Davis of Odum; a nephew, Alex (Mary) Davis and niece, Daisy Davis; a brother-in-love and sister-in-love, Wesley and Becky Phillips and their son, Payton (Kara) Phillips; a great nephew, Landon; numerous other relatives also survive.

A celebration of life service will be 5 PM Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at Rinehart Chapel with Rev. Matt Denison officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pine Forest Men's Golf Club Association Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 70, Jesup, GA 31598.
