Natalia "Taya" Alvarado, 73, of Jesup, Ga. died Wednesday, November 8, 2023. The Texas native and former resident had lived in Wayne County the past year and was a former Walmart cashier. The avid reader was a Christian and liked to collect antiques and listen to music. Her parents, Eginio and Consuelo Alvarado preceded her in death along with her brother, Fernando Alvarado.

Survivors are two sisters, Estefana (Oral) Weathers of Midland, Tx. and Constanza (Wayne) Davis of Jesup; two nephews, Marcos Saiz and Thomas Weathers; a great niece, Adeline Weathers.

Graveside funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Friday, November 10, 2023 in George Cemetery with Rev. Stanley Todd officiating.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m, Friday, November 10, 2023 at Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home.
