Myrtice Mills Dunn, 100, of Jesup, Ga. died Wednesday, July 17, 2024. The Wayne County native was of Baptist faith and a retired seamstress with Wayne Sportswear. She enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles and collecting ornamental chickens. She was predeceased by 6 brothers and a sister.

Survivors are two daughters, Suzy (Kenny) Leonard and Karen (Tommy) Smith  both of Jesup; 5 sons, Joe (Lois) Dunn of Jesup, Earl Dunn, Chris (A.K.) Dunn both of Browntown, Bryant (Sharon) Dunn of Hardinsburg, Ky., Michael (Suzanne) Dunn of Lexington, Ky., 20 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren; 6 great, great grandchildren;  several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, July 21, 2024 from Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Dunn officiating. Interment will follow in Odum City Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to services at the funeral home.
