Muhammad Mujahideen, 75, of Odum, Ga. passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2023.  The Ohio native had lived in Wayne County for the past 5 years and was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served in the Vietnam War.  As an avid reader, Muhammad was very religious and eager to share his faith with others. His son, Muhammad Aquil Bucey preceded him in death along with his parents, Charles and Maggie McGhee.

Muhammad Mujahideen is survived by a number of children, grandchildren, step-children, step grandchildren; a sister, Lailaa Mujahideen and a brother, Salahudeen Mujahideen and his wife, Elise; a half-sister, Johanna McGhee and half-brother, Kevin McGhee and numerous extended family members.

A celebration of life and burial was held on Monday, June 19, 2023.
