Mitchell Manning, 70, of Jesup, Ga. passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024. The Wayne County native was a contractor for years and worked along beside his Dad, Pete Manning, in the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical industry and enjoyed fishing and drag racing as his hobbies. He was predeceased by his parents, James C. Manning and Betty Ruth Manning.

Survivors are a son, Brian Kristopher (Amanda) Manning; granddaughter, Brooklyn Cheyanne Manning; brothers and sisters, Jeff (Beth) Beecher, Phil (Susie) Murray, Cecil (Sue) Manning, Steve (Gloria) Manning, and Keith (Patsy) Johnson; several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date by family and friends.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
