Michael Erpelding, 64, of Jesup, Ga.  passed away January 5, 2024. The Glynn County native was everybody's handy man in helping out. He had resided in Wayne County the past few years and enjoyed his family and his pets.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Carl, Jr. and Maedell Erpelding; paternal grandparents, Henry Carl, Sr. and Cecelia R. Erpelding; maternal grandparents Rev. Jesse Abline and Adaline D. Adkins; and   maternal grandmother, Idora G. Adkins.

Michael is survived by his sister, Augusta Ann Sabo of Brunswick; brother, Henry Carl (Tina) Erpelding III of Brunswick; brother, David (Jennifer) Erpelding of Warner Robins; Aunt, Augusta Adkins Womack of Brunswick; a step nephew,  several cousins, many dear friends and two dogs that he loved very much.

The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Jesup Health and Rehab Center for their dedication and kindness given to Michael while in their care.

Private memorial services are being held by his family in Palmetto Cemetery in Glynn County, Ga.
