Marshall Edward "Skeeter" Harrell, II, 51, of Jesup, Ga. and formerly of Eastman and Cochran died Friday, May 10, 2024.  The Eastman native had formerly worked for the City of Eastman.  He loved his dogs, especially his chihuahua, "Sissy".  His family was very important to him and he loved spending time with them.  His parents, Marshall Edward Harrell, Sr. and Shirley Hall Harrell preceded him in death.

Survivors are his sisters, Bea (Joel) Espinosa and Liz (Ricky) Bernard; brother, Russell "Rusty" (Christina) Harrell; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held in Eastman.
