Marlin Rogers Fletcher, 78, of Jesup, Ga. passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026 under the care of Georgia Hospice Care.  The Fitzgerald native and former Clewiston, Fla. resident had lived in Wayne County the past several years.  She attended Faith Chapel and worked for many years in several grocery stores.  Her enjoyment came from taking care of her family and being a "Nannie". Her husband, Charley Ray Fletcher preceded her in death along with her sister, Donna Montgomery and her husband, Monte Montgomery and grandson, J. R. Sewell.

Survivors are a daughter, Cynthia (Raul) Valdez of Jesup; extended family, Monica (David) McKinzie of Jesup, Debi (Edward) Smith of Clewiston, Fla., Pam Fletcher and Lois Mullins of Ft. Meyers, Fla. Karen (Donnie) Shaw of Clewiston, Fla. Leann (Jeremy) Pilarski of Ft. Meyers, Fla.; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Rinehart Chapel with Pastor James Carter officiating. Interment will follow in the Screven City Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Jose Valdez, Tripp McKinzie, Gunnar Montgomery, Stevie Cotton, Aaron Mitchell and Stacey Thornton.

Visitation will be an hour prior to services at the funeral home.
