Marjorie Stewart, 88, of Jesup, Ga. passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 under the care of Hospice of South Georgia.  The Dexter, Iowa native was a longstanding member of Street Salt Ministries in Jesup. Her many vocations included the following: manager of the Minit Stop Convenience Store, a nurse at Rest Awhile Nursing home, a traveling nurse and a butcher at Rick's Meats.  She loved crafts and spending time with her grandchildren, fishing, and listening to Joyce Meyer and Danielle Steel. Her husband, Robert Stewart preceded her in death along with her sons, Robert J. Stewart and Lannie Boydstun and a daughter, Lanita Boydstun.

Survivors are a loving daughter, Debbie Stewart of Jesup; two sons, David Boydstun and Tommy Stewart, both of Jesup; two sisters, Carol Parker of Iowa and Bernice Springer of Nevada; brother, Jimmy Fleisher of Texas; grandchildren, Joseph, Jessica and Jeremy and 11 other grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Ruby St. Dennis.

Celebration of life services will be held 2 PM Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Street Salt Ministries, 948 Sunset Blvd., Jesup, GA 31545.
