Marianne Moik Madray, 88, of Odum, Ga. passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023 under Hospice of South Georgia. The German born native had lived in Wayne County most of her adult life and was known as a loving wife, mother and "Mema" to her family. Her husband of 59 years, Robert "Dean" Madray preceded her in death along with her German family.

Survivors are her 3 daughters, Yvonne (Craig) Rigdon of Statesboro, Annette Metts and Dee Ann Stephens, both of Jesup; 5 grandchildren, Olivia (Jeremy) Disten of Baltimore, Md., Aleta (Justin) Hodges of Sugar Hill, Dedra and Denise Stephens, Dillon Metts, all of Odum; 6 great grandchildren, Dayla Godbee, Alex and David Disten, Elliott and Adalyn Hodges, Lainey Stephens; several other extended relatives.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Rinehart Chapel with Rev. Vann Dempsey officiating. Active pallbearers will be her family and friends. Interment will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
