Margaret Walker Griffis, 91, of Ocoee, Fla. passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2024.  The Florida native was a retired Orange County Public School System employee and of the Church of God faith. She was a loving and faithful wife, mother, and grandmother. Her family always had the assurance of her being there for them.

Her husband of 71 years, Riley Allen "R.A." Griffis preceded her in death along with two sons, Larry Allen Griffis, Sr. and Steve (Charlotte) Griffis.

Survivors are grandchildren, Allen (Sandy) Griffis, Shawn Griffis, Joyel Waller, Jason Griffis, Justin Griffis, Lee Griffis; great grandchildren, Harlee (Connar) Jacobs, Hayden (Alexis) Griffis, Hart Griffis, Nina Waller, Leah Griffis, Madison Griffis and Peyton Griffis, and Neomi Griffis.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, January 4, 2025 from Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Rev. Ronald Rentz officiating.  Interment will follow at Big Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
