Linda Burd, 72, of Brunswick, Ga. passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025 in Southeast Georgia Health Systems of Brunswick.  The New Jersey native had lived in Brunswick for most of her life and was a Christian. The homemaker loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and drinking coffee.  Her husband, Clifford James Burd, Sr. preceded her in death along with her sister, Cecilia Dwornsitski.

Survivors are a son, Clifford James (Martha) Burd, Jr. of Brunswick; grandchildren, James Ellis, Clifford James Burd, III, Haley and Mikey Burd; 5 great grandchildren, Matthew, James, Kynlee, Amelia, Cecilia and one on the way.

Memorial services will be held from 11-1 Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Liberty Ship Park (Sidney Lanier Bridge Park) in Brunswick.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
