Leo "Doodle" Harold Mansfield, 62, of Screven, Ga. passed away, Saturday, October 25,2025. The Wayne County native was a former member of the Screven Church of God, a former welder who enjoyed restoring old cars, fishing, hunting, playing music, gardening and living the simple life. He was predeceased by his parents, Dennis and Buren Mansfield; two sisters, Glenda Robinson and Juanita Mansfield and 3 brothers, Morris, Raymond and Wayne Mansfield.

Survivors are his daughter, Elizabeth (Lance) Cummings of Piedmont, SC and son, Caleb Leo Mansfield of Patterson; brothers, Dillard, Harvey and Pearce Mansfield; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be 2 PM Friday, October 31, 2025 in Big Creek Cemetery with Rev. Matt Denison officiating.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery.
