Kristie Amanda Batten, 32, of Jesup, Ga. passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023. The Wayne County native worked for many years in several businesses and enjoyed life with bright colors and glitzy attire.  Her father, Casey Elias Batten preceded her in death along with maternal grandfather, Derrell Burkhalter.

Survivors are her children, Kaden, Nathaniel and Kaleem Black, Kira and Kian Thomas, and their father, Dominique Thomas, all of Jesup; mother, Terry Batten of Jesup; brother, Casey Batten of Jesup; sister, Jodi (Phillip) Talerano of Jesup; maternal grandmother, Margot Burkhalter of Jesup.

Graveside funeral services will be 11 AM Monday, December 11, 2023 in Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery with Mary Dick officiating.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
