Keith Thurmon, 49, of Jesup, Ga. passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. The Wayne County native was a Baptist and a retired Universal Electric Company employee and was employed most recently with Chemtall, Inc. He loved to fish, hunt, and camp. His father, Bill Thurmon, preceded him in death.

Survivors are his wife of 19 years, Stephanie Bennett Thurmon of Jesup, a son, Hunter (Sarah) Thurmon of Jesup; two daughters, Laynee Thurmon of Jesup and McKenzie (Brice) Miller of Screven; two grandsons, Noah Thurmon and Ben Miller; mother, Sandra Thurmon of Bristol; a brother, Billy (Tara) Thurmon of Savannah; several nieces and nephews.

Private burial services will be held in Screven City Cemetery.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
