Kathryn Virginia Mosley, 88 of Screven, Ga. died Tuesday, March 5, 2024.  The Wayne County native was a homemaker and enjoyed shopping and eating out with friends and family. Her husband, Everette Lavelle Mosely preceded her in death.

Survivors are her daughter, Kay (Edwin) Tyre of Hawthorne, Fla.; 3 grandchildren, John (Whitney) Tyre, III of Denver, Co., Nathan Tyre of Hawthorne, Fla. and Amy (Travis) Tyler of Lake City, Fla. and 7 great grandchildren; two sisters, Louise Davis of Top Sail Beach, NC and Carolyn Spears of Indianapolis, In.; two brothers, Douglas Powers of Norfolk, Va. and Robert Powers of Jesup.

Graveside funeral services will be 11 AM Monday, March 11, 2024 in Screven City Cemetery with friend Hinson Mosley speaking.

The family will receive friends at the cemetery.
