Joyce Bullard, 79, of Screven, Ga. died Sunday, October 20, 2024 under Georgia Hospice Care. The Bacon County native had lived in Wayne County for most of her life and was a retired seamstress with the former Bonnie's Sportwear. She attended Screven First Baptist Church and loved spending time with her grandchildren and was known for not missing a trip.

Her husband, Billy Bullard, preceded her in death along with her daughter, Pam Bullard Harrison; and a sister, Faye Ragen.

Survivors are two daughters, Marie (Gene) Smith of Mershon and Terri Lynn Bullard of Alamo; son-in-love, Steven Harrison of Jesup; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m, Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at Rinehart and Sons Chapel. Interment will follow in the Screven City Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Taylor Smith, Tadpole Conners, Dylan Roberson, Evan Hyers, Kevin Harrison, and Robbie Crews.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
