Joan "Jo" Ogden, 86, of Odum, Ga. died Saturday, October 29, 2022.  The Wayne County native was a member of Altamaha Baptist Church and enjoyed reading, gospel singing, church attendance and spending time with family and friends. Her parents, Joe Terrell and Lucy Durden Ogden preceded her in death along with her twin brother, Joseph Green Ogden.

Survivors are a sister, Sandra O. Page of Odum; niece, Deidre (Earl) Henriott of Lyons; nephews, Terry (Deann) Page of Statesboro and Tracy (Tomilynn) Page of Hazlehurst; several great nieces and nephews and other extended relatives.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Altamaha Baptist Church with Rev. Stanley Todd officiating. Interment will follow in Piney Grove Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be friends and family.

The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to services at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Altamaha Baptist Church, 6622 Oglethorpe Road, Jesup, GA 31545.
