Jim "Jimbo" Anderson, 65, of Jesup, Ga. died Sunday, January 29, 2023. The Wayne County native was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and was a retired Daniel Brick Company salesman. The Wayne County High School 1976 graduate attended University of Georgia and was a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his life long friends. His fur babies, Tuff Love and Baby Love were dear to his heart. His  parents, Chuck and Mary Ann Anderson, preceded him in death along with his brother, Art Anderson.

Survivors are a sister, Jan Anderson Davis of Ponte Vedra, Florida; two nephews,  Bart Anderson of St. Mary's and Brent Anderson of Atlanta; two nieces, Victoria (Cody) Brookshire of Atlanta and Stephanie (Hunter) Berger of Bluffton, South Carolina.

There will be a private family burial in Jesup City Cemetery.
