Jerry DeWain Francis, Jr., 50, of Jesup, Ga. died Friday, May 26, 2023. The Glynn County native had lived in Wayne County for the past 25 years and was a U.S. Army Veteran serving two tours in Iraq. He enjoyed working with several businesses in the area and enjoyed video games.

Survivors are his companion, Christina Lynch of Jesup; daughter, Amber Francis; sons, Austin and Alexander Francis, all of Jesup and Cody Francis of Victoryville, California; his mother, Betty Diane Hobbs Sison of Brunswick; a sister, Roxanne Waddle of Ashville, NC; and 3 grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, June 2, 2023 from Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. William Butler officiating.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
