Jerry Chance, 56, of Jesup, Ga. died Tuesday, February 14, 2023. The Arkansas native had lived in Wayne County for the past 8 years and was a former truck driver. He loved to fresh water fish, was an outdoorsman and enjoyed tinkering.

Survivors are 2 sisters, Glenda (John Faber) Summerford of Jesup and Tricia (Ricky) Milholland of Brunswick; a brother, Buddy Chance of Jesup; several nieces and nephews.

Private memorial services will be held by the family.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup, Ga. is in charge of arrangements.
