Charles "Jeff" Hewitt, 59, of Jesup, Ga. died Wednesday, December 21, 2022.  The Wayne County native was employed with Pine Forest Country Club in the maintenance department.  He enjoyed watching old movies and spending time with his family.

Survivors are sisters, Edna (Harry) Spell, Sherry (Roy) Odum, both of Jesup, Judy (Lacy) Evors of Alma and Anita Hewitt of Ludowici; brothers, Jimmy (Marilyn) Hewitt of Jesup and Benny (Jean) Hewitt, Sr. of Alma; close friends, Jason (Acela) Brinson and their daughter, Shelby.

Memorial services will be held by the family.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
