Janice McBee Humphrey, 79, of Jesup, died Wednesday, June 26, 2024, under the care of Hospice of South Georgia. The Wayne Co., GA, native was a member of the Jesup Church of God and was a retired employee with Walmart in Jesup. She enjoyed working with her plants, going to yard and estate sales and staying at the beaches. She was predeceased by her parents, James "Bud" and Gilberta McBee, sister, Sharon Tyre, and brother, Kenneth McBee.

Survivors are, 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Janet (Mike) Aspinwall of Jesup, Angie (Wally) Prince of Guyton, a son and daughter-in-law, Sammy (Julia) Humphrey of Jesup, grandchildren, Christy (David) Wood, Brandi (Chad) Raburn, Kelly (Art) Hernandez, Jordan (Justin) Evans, Christopher (Tori) Humphrey, Nathan (Catlin) Humphrey, 11 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; a sister, Jamey (Gary) Tyre of Jesup; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Friday, June 28, 2024, from the Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Pastor Scott Hatten officiating. Interment will be in the Screven  City Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her family.

Family will receive friends one hour before the services at the funeral home.
