Janet Lynn O'Neal, 64, of Jesup, Ga., passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 after a lengthy illness. The Wayne County native was of the Church of God faith and a homemaker.  Janet was centered on her family and would remind them daily, "I love you to the moon and back". Mama Janet was how the children's friends knew her. She spoiled everyone she came in contact with. Her sister, Brenda Waters preceded her in death along with 2 brothers, Joe and Drew O'Neal and her granddaughter, Hannah Barwick.

Survivors are a fiance'  Tracy Gilbert; 5 daughters, Teresa (Jeffrey) Barwick, Brandy Dixon, Brigette (Wesley) Mansfield, Nikki (Kelly) and Denise (Tony) Feliciano; a son, Clifton (Tammy) Dixon; two stepsons, Bradley and Steven Gilbert; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; two brothers, Jack O'Neal and Lloyd O'Neal; and several nieces and nephews.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
