Jesup, Ga.

Glynn T. Sapp, 77 of Jesup died Sunday, May 27, 2018 after an extended illness.  The Wayne County native was a member of Unity Church of God and a retired well respected insurance broker whom many people relied on for their insurance  planning.  Glynn loved to restore old cars as well as fish and hunt. He was predeceased by his sons, Glynn, Jr. and Bryan Sapp; parents, Barney and Ruby Sapp; a sister, Mary Lesher.

Survivors are his wife of 57 years, Faye Ogden Sapp of Jesup; two daughters, Leisha (David) Carver of Brunswick, Dana (Mike) Carroll of St. Simons Island; grandchildren, Dillon Carver, Heather (Kyle) Rogers, Seth and Madison Carroll, Kyler and Dawson Sapp; 3 sisters, Shirley Christian, Linda Carter both of Jesup, Barbara Jean (Hank) Hernandez of El Paso, Tx.; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Rev. Calvin Anderson officiating. Interment will be in the George Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Dillon Carver, Seth Carroll, Kyler Sapp, Dawson Sapp, Brandon Carter and Euell Ogden.

Visitation will be 1 to 2 P.M. prior to services at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Unity Church of God, 1580 Sunset Blvd., Jesup, Ga. 31545.
