Geraldine Weaver Mobley, 81, of Jesup, Ga. died Saturday, February 25, 2023.  The Wayne County native was a member of Cornerstone United Pentecostal Church and spent many years working with the elderly in several nursing homes.  Her heart was always tender towards their needs.  She also enjoyed working in her yard and savoring each and every flower and plant.  Her husband, James Ervin "Sonny" Mobley, preceded her in death along with her sons, Mitch and Rusty Mobley and several siblings.

Survivors are two daughters, Pam (Andy) Eason and Sherry (Darryl) Morris, both of Jesup; son, Tony Mobley of Jesup; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Christine (Charles) Mullis of Jesup; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Cornerstone United Pentecostal Church with Pastor Ray Worley and Rev. Rodney O'Quinn officiating. Interment will follow in the Jesup City Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her family.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
