George "Kim" Rentz, 69, of Jesup, Ga. died Friday, May 24, 2024. The Wayne County native was a self-employed salesman and enjoyed golf, working with classic cars, and his pets. He was deceased by his parents, J.E. and Wenomae Rentz and brothers, Jerry, Dail, and Sheryl Rentz.

Survivors are his wife of many years, Janis Riggins Rentz of Jesup; daughters, Melissa, Lenny, Erin and Nikki; sisters, Gail (Jr.) Rice of Jesup; brother, Larry Rentz of Jesup; several grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2024 from Rinehart and Sons Chapel with Pastor Chase Bryant officiating.

Family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to services at the funeral home.
