Faye Carter O'Quinn, 98 of Odum died Monday, May 20, 2019.  The Wayne County native was a member of Odum Baptist Church and a wonderful homemaker, was employed with Odum Elementary School for 20 years, volunteering for many hours with the WMH Auxiliary  and enjoyed her social and farm life, sharing and working with her husband of 74 years, Herbert O'Quinn.  In addition to her husband, she is also predeceased by her daughter, Gayle O'Quinn Brackin and sons, Kerry and Michael O'Quinn; grandson, Herbie O'Quinn.

Survivors are two daughters, Sharon Carver of Odum and Kathy Mock of Odum; son, Roger (Peggy) O'Quinn of Jesup; 13 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 28 great great- grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2 PM, Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Odum Baptist Church with Elder Chad O'Quinn and Rev. John Evans Patten officiating.

Interment will follow in the Odum City Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be family.

Visitation will be 1 to 2 PM prior to services at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of South Georgia, 1625 Sunset Blvd., Jesup, Ga. 31545.
