Ernestine Tyre Reddish, 92, of Ridgeland, S.C., passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The Wayne County native was a homemaker.

Her husband, Gilbert Madison Reddish preceded her in death along with her parents, Ernest and Penny Sapp Tyre; sisters, Udeen Bearden and Zeda Tyre; brother, James Tyre.

Survivors are a daughter, Penny Raymond of Hardeeville, S.C.; granddaughters, Angela and Brooke Raymond; great grandchildren, Avery and Dylan Raymond.

A private family graveside was held in the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Haskell officiating. Active pallbearers were family and friends.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
