Emory D. Tankersley, 66, of Jesup, Ga. died Saturday, September 28, 2024. The Wayne County native was a Gunsmith and the owner of T & T Gunsmith and a lawn care business. He enjoyed car racing and anything outdoors.

Survivors are his wife, Eulonda Price Tankersley of Jesup; a son, David Ryan Tankersley of Jesup; a brother, James R. (Marliese) Tankerlsy of Jesup; a sister, Jeanette Elliott of Brunwick, Ga.; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 3:00 p.m, Monday, September 30, 2024 from Union Cemetery on Akin Rd. with Rev. Wayne Manning, Jr. officiating.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
