Emery Dorothea Alday, infant daughter of Sammy and Rachael Alday, passed away, Monday, August 26, 2024.

Survivors, in addition to her parents, are maternal grandparents, Greg (Nissa) Shannon of Hardinsburg, Ky. and Kathy (Rick) Berkland of Villa Rica, Ga.; great grandmother Barbara Day of Ocala, Fl. maternal great  grandparents, Dayon and Vicky Taylor of Crossville, Tn.; paternal grandparents, Ricky (Gina) Alday and paternal great grandmothers, Faye Grice all  of Donalsonville, Ga. and  Virginia Jones of Iron City, Ga.; several aunts and uncles, Hannah, Abigail and Rebekah Shannon, all of Hardinsburg, Ky., Jonah, Gabriela and Bianca Carter of Elizabethtown, Ky., Isaac and Alexandria Carter of Murray, Ky., Kellee Alday of Donalsonville; numerous great aunts, uncles, and friends.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 p.m. (EST), Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home Chapel, 860 U.S. Highway 301 S., Jesup, GA 31546 with Brother Greg Shannon officiating. Guests are asked to wear bright colors for the service to honor Emery.

Family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
