Edith Crews Manning, 72 of Hortense died Friday, December 18, 2020.  The Brantley County native was a Twins Rivers Baptist Church member and a homemaker.  She loved to crochet.  Her husband, Cleve Manning preceded her in death along with her brother, Lindol Crews.

Survivors are 3 daughters, Melinda Clark and Wanda Young, both of Hortense, Jennifer (Jessie) Harmer of Sacramento, Calif.; two sons, Bud Manning and Brad Manning, both of Hortense; sister, Hazel Bishop of Atkinson; 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be 3 PM Monday, December 21, 2020 at Twin Rivers Church Cemetery with Rev. Terry Jackson officiating.

Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to services at the cemetery.

Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home of Jesup is in charge of arrangements.
