Dorothy Jean "Dot" Lott Coleman, 89, of Jesup, Ga. died Friday, June 24, 2022.  The Millen native had lived in Wayne County most of her adult life and was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church where she served in several capacities.  She was retired from Charles Barr Accounting Services and went on to fulfill a 30-year career with Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.  Dot was lovingly known as the "lady with the smile". Her favorite pastimes were camping and just enjoying her family. Her husband, Charles L. Coleman preceded her in death.

Survivors are daughter, Debbie King of Jesup; son, Greg (Debra) Coleman of Jesup; brother, Billy Lott and sister, Mary Jo Brannen, both of Statesboro; 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be 11 AM Monday, June 27, 2022 at Rinehart Chapel with Vic Drawdy, Jill Blizzard and Pastor Garth Duke-Barton officiating. Interment will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be her fellow Wayne Memorial Hospital Auxiliary members.

Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
