Obituary

Dorothy Mae Holcomb, a beloved wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother also known as "Nana", and sister, passed away peacefully under the care of Hospice Satilla in her home on January 19, 2026 at the age of 77, surrounded by her loving family and the peace of God.

Her strength, grace, and quiet faith were an inspiration to all who knew her.  She and her husband of 57 years, Ruben Frank Holcomb built a home grounded in love, prayer, and faith that was filled with warmth, and laughter. She found joy in baking, crafting, sewing, gardening and nurturing beauty in the simple, everyday moments of life. Her parents, Lester Jones and Ruth Aspinwall preceded her in death along with her siblings, Larry, Harry, and Terry Jones.
